About the Role
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various family law issues.
Assist senior attorneys in drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
Interview clients to gather relevant information and assist in case strategy development.
Attend court hearings, mediation sessions, and other legal proceedings as necessary.
Requirements
Must be licensed in Maryland and willing to waive into Washington, D.C.
Exceptional time-management and organizational skills.
A demonstrated interest in family law, and an interest in landlord-tenant law is a plus.
